The food is amazing, the atmosphere is comfortable and enjoyable, but it's the service that will keep you coming back for more!! Melinda was our server and when I say Awesome, I mean fantastic, patient, diligent, personable, and kind! She walked us through everything and the many questions we have. She ensured that we had everything we needed, without us having to ask or feel like she was hovering. There should be sonnets for Melinda the Marvelous!!

Food options are great. Came out fast and hot and well prepared. Service was freindly and quick. Restaurant was clean and inviting.

I love coming here! This is my favorite place to eat!!! But I never once seen a manager! They were slammed and needed help and I didn’t see the manager come out and greet anyone or offer to help! I absolutely love coming to see Melinda she is the best in all of Texas and the United States in all the place I’ve eaten no one compares to her she’s just someone words won’t do justice to describe how amazing of a person she truly is and I love Michelle too they are just awesome!!! And the cook keke is awesome!!!

This place definitely deserves 5 stars. The restaurant is very clean, including the bathrooms, which I really appreciated. The music playing inside creates a nice atmosphere, and the decorations are done very well. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. One thing that stood out to me was how clean the food bar was — everything was organized and there wasn’t food scattered around everywhere. Overall, it was a really great experience and I would gladly come back.

I stopped by Genghis Grill recently, and it had honestly been years since my last visit—so I was curious to see how it held up. The core concept is still there, which is what I’ve always loved. You can build your own bowl by choosing your protein (I noticed options like chicken, sausage, meatballs, and steak), then decide on your base—noodles, rice, or cabbage—so it’s really customizable depending on what you’re in the mood for. One change I noticed is the sauce setup. They used to have the full DIY sauce bar where you could mix your own combinations, but now it’s been streamlined into a selection of signature sauces. It definitely makes things quicker and easier, though I did kind of miss the creativity of mixing your own. They still cook everything up on that big Mongolian-style grill, which is always fun to watch and adds to the experience. That said, the location could use a little TLC. The dining area felt like it could benefit from some upkeep and refreshing—it just didn’t feel quite as polished as I remember. On the positive side, the service was great. Our server was really friendly, did a good job explaining the updated process, and stayed on top of drinks the whole t
